Jefferson Township Day XXVI Supporters are Appreciated!
The Jefferson Arts Committee would like to publicly express its gratitude to the generous sponsors whose financial donations are making the 26th annual Jefferson Township Day celebration on Saturday, July 14th a reality.
The Township of Jefferson is the Jefferson Arts Committee’s principal supporter with special thanks to Mayor Russ Felter, Administrator James Leach, and the Jefferson Township Council: Richard Yocum-President, Debi Merz-Vice President, Councilman Robert Birmingham, Councilman Michael Sanchelli, and Councilman Jay Dunham. The Department of Public Works, the Recreation Department, and the Fire Bureau also play an important role in this annual celebration.
In alphabetical order – BRT Sports is sponsoring the Children’s Games this year with the Bowling Green Golf and Tennis Club sponsoring the Township parade. The evening’s rock ‘n role concert featuring Phil ‘n the Void is sponsored by Jefferson Township Public Library, and the Jefferson Township Recreation Department is sponsoring the Gamin’ Ride Mobile Video Theater. Lakeland Bank is sponsoring the Children’s Fishing Contest, McDonald’s is sponsoring the live entertainment throughout the day, Makin’ a Splash is sponsoring the Food Competitions, and Napa Auto Parts is sponsoring the inflatable rides.
Without these sponsors financially assisting the Jefferson Arts Committee, this 2012 celebration could not take place.
