FADE TO SUEDE TO APPEAR AT JEFFERSON DAY’S 30TH ANNIVERSARY !
FADE TO SUEDE is one of Northern New Jersey's premiere Rock cover bands. This versatile group will have you dancing, rocking, and grooving to a variety of musical styles from past to present. The sound is upbeat and appeals to a general audience of all ages because of its cross genre repertoire.
The band was formed by guitarist / singer Kris Kasper. Kris is a career musician who has traveled the East Coast Shore Circuit with groups like Family Jewels and From Jersey With Love. The drums are manned by Tom Nagle, a hard rocker hailing from the West Coast. Tom has toured the Northeast with large acts like Livin' The Blues, Karma, and has appeared on countless performances with well known musicians. On vocals and lead guitar is Jim Zampetti. Jim is a seasoned entertainer who is well known for his work with Silly Rabbit, The Blend, Karma, and many other NJ rock party bands over the years. Bass guitar and backing vocals are provided by Moe Elshafi, a Jersey City native who is known for his rhythm work with the underground urban acts Lost Cause and Tweak. Together, these musicians deliver a sonic experience that's sure to be the life of the party!"
FADE TO SUEDE will perform on the main stage from 3:40 PM to 5:10 PM on Saturday, July 9th on the fields of the Jefferson Township High School, 1010 Weldon Road, Milton/Oak Ridge. Come and enjoy the family day of fun, food, entertainment, live music, shopping and the huge aerial fireworks display that will take place later in the evening.
