Rave On to Perform on Jefferson Township Day
The Jefferson Arts Committee welcomes the popular band Rave On to perform on Jefferson Township Day on Saturday, July 11. At 4:05 pm, the band will take the main stage to be located at the Jefferson Township High School field, 1010 Weldon Road, Milton/Oak Ridge, NJ.
Rave On’s music features the music of Buddy Holly, with such memorable hits as That’ll be the Day, Peggy Sue, Not Fade Away, Oh Boy, It’s So Easy, and Rave On along with other classic early rock ‘n roll songs. Join guitarist and lead vocalist Chris Roselle to listen and dance to the music that paved the way for rock ‘n roll influencing the Beatles, Roy Orbison, The Rolling Stones, Boy Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, and countless other artists. Rave On is living proof that Buddy Holly and the music of early rock ‘n roll is timeless and continues to appeal to people of all ages.
Rave On has performed at the Warwick Valley Winery, the Hopewell Valley Vineyards, and in summer concert series all over the State of NJ including Jefferson Township. Log on to http://www.raveonband.com for more information.
